第1集 - 吃出粤语文化精髓

传统金器手工精巧，现代机器难以取代。主持人来到金舖欣赏各款名贵首饰，期间竟有人被称呼為「石狗公」，有何所指？
花生糖保持古法人手炮製，昔日风味得以保存。麦美恩亲自拜师学习做糖，顺道细谈「石地板种花生」、「发霉花生」等歇后语。「老细」、「事头」何以成為上司的代名词？且听中文讲师廖舜禧拆解。
粤语逾二千来原来甚少演变，故被视為古汉语「活化石」。廖舜禧追溯广府话歷史，还从「锡」「勼」「冧」三字解构爱情真义！
