◎简　　介

　　    五年前一场大火，令研究治癌药「超能干细胞」的潘教授葬身火海，其研究笔记亦在大火中消失。当时助理研究员高玉 (张静初饰) 幸运地被保安员宗天保 (吴彦祖饰) 所救。

　　    天保妻子死于癌症，他加入医疗中心「天空一号」任保安主任，希望中心终能研究治癌药物，而钻研「超能干细胞」的就是高玉，其丈夫亦即「天空一号」话事人唐永章却是金钱至上的人。

　　    「超能干细胞」终于研发成功，从台湾来的家家 (张孝全饰) 带着癌症末期的妹妹 (郭采洁饰) 小珍来港寻求医治，怎料卷入一场「超能干细胞」劫案，偷走药物的居然是已故潘教授的独子潘子文，更与天保及一众保安人员展开连场火爆争夺战。
